48" x 96" x 12" of usable volume for foam tooling, rapid prototyping and precision finish trimming. Our CNC machining capabilities provide a significant cost advantage for our customers by vertically integrating the tooling production process and automating labor intensive trim operations.
Our 48" x 36" Templating Lasers facilitate rapid prototyping and precision cut materials for high volume production runs. They are also the lynchpin of our patented carbon fiber hinge technology.
CF maintains a contract with a local 3D scanning expert for fast turn around, high accuracy scanning services. Existing parts or tools can be scanned for dimensional accuracy within 44 microns. Pre and post-production CMM is available.
Four FDM 3D printers enable our engineering team to quickly prototype customer designs, develop innovative tooling solutions and create custom hardware.
Our filtered trim booth and ETL paint booth provide a dedicate space for the dirtiest and most meticulous operations in the shop. They are integral to producing concourse-quality finished parts.
CF's curing oven has a 500 cubic foot capacity and processing temperatures up to 350°F. Its primary uses include curing large format and structural pre-preg and expediting post-cure cycles for painted parts.
Our polished aluminum table provides the ideal surface for producing infused custom flat panels. It also serves as the foundation of our proprietary CNC Proto-Tooling™ rapid-prototyping process.
From design to assembly, our team has the resources and capabilities to do it right. The shop features a comprehensive library of woodworking, assembly and pneumatic tools.
